The RC22-1701-1N pairs a hot-water outlet with an induction (IH) cooking surface. Induction uses an electromagnetic field to heat suitable cookware, while the outlet dispenses hot water into the cooking bowl. Cookware with a flat, magnetic base can work on the IH surface when its size and shape fit the cooker. Choose a mode on the front panel for the food you are preparing.
